Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle diensten, producten en programma's van Meraki Coaching & More. Ze waarborgen helderheid, veiligheid en vertrouwen in iedere samenwerking.

1. Toepasselijkheid

1.1 Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle mondelinge en schriftelijke overeenkomsten voor diensten, producten en programma's aangeboden onder Meraki Coaching & More.

1.2 Door deelname of aankoop verklaar je je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

1.3 Meraki Coaching & More behoudt zich het recht voor om de voorwaarden te wijzigen. De meest recente versie is leidend en terug te vinden op de website.

2. Uitvoering & Vertrouwelijkheid

2.1 Meraki Coaching & More levert maatwerk, en spant zich in om met toewijding en professionaliteit te werken aan het beste resultaat. Er wordt geen garantie gegeven op specifieke uitkomsten.

2.2 Alles wat gedeeld wordt in sessies of programma’s wordt vertrouwelijk behandeld, tenzij er sprake is van dreigend gevaar voor jou of anderen.

2.3 Jouw persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor administratieve en informatieve doeleinden.

3. Betaling & Tarieven

Per januari 2026 gelden de volgende tarieven.

Voor ondernemers en werkgevers is dit een zakelijk tarief, exclusief btw. Veel van mijn cliënten kunnen hun factuur aftrekken binnen hun onderneming of indienen bij hun werkgever.

Heb je geen eigen onderneming of behulpzame werkgever? Dan hanteer ik een inclusief-btw tarief, zodat het bedrag voor jou als particulier niet onnodig hoger uitvalt.

Meraki Coaching & More behoudt zich het recht voor om tarieven tussentijds te wijzigen. Voor reeds afgesloten overeenkomsten geldt het tarief zoals overeengekomen op het moment van boeking.

3.1 Meraki Coaching

Introductiesessie (1,5 uur): € 122
Individuele vervolgsessie (45 minuten): € 88
Individuele vervolgsessie (1,5 uur): € 144
Individuele vervolgsessie (2 uur): € 188
Duo-sessie (1,5 uur): € 188
Deep Dives: prijs op maat

Betaling losse sessies: vooraf online of contant tijdens de sessie.
Betaling Deep Dives en trajecten: vooraf online.

3.2 Meraki Workshops

Prijzen op maat, afhankelijk van inhoud en duur.

3.3 Meraki Reflectietools (Kaartendecks & Boeken)

Fysieke producten dienen volledig betaald te worden bij bestelling. De bestelling wordt pas verwerkt na ontvangst van betaling.

3.4 Meraki Online programma's

Volledige betaling bij inschrijving.
Sommige online programma's worden op donatiebasis verstrekt, je betaalt wat voor jou klopt.

3.5 Meraki Transformatiereizen

Bij inschrijving: aanbetaling 50% van het totaalbedrag.
Restant uiterlijk 40 dagen voor aanvang.
Bij inschrijving binnen 40 dagen: direct volledige betaling vereist.
Bij uitblijven van betaling kan deelname komen te vervallen.
Mocht de reis om welke reden dan ook niet door kunnen gaan, wordt het bedrag in zijn geheel gerestitueerd.

Persoonlijke prijsafspraken kunnen bij uitzondering worden gemaakt bij beperkte budgetten of gecombineerde boekingen. Neem hiervoor contact op via de chat met je naam en e-mailadres.

4. Annulering & Deelname

4.1 Coaching

Sessies: Kosteloos annuleren tot 24 uur vooraf
Deep dives: Kosteloos verzetten tot 48 uur vooraf
Bij latere annulering of no-show: volledig tarief verschuldigd

4.2 Meraki Reflectietools (Kaartendecks & Boeken)

Je hebt het recht je bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren.
Na ontvangst van de retourzending ontvang je het aankoopbedrag terug, exclusief verzendkosten.
Retourneren is alleen mogelijk indien het product ongebruikt is en de seal ongebroken is. Producten waarvan de seal is verbroken, kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.
De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor eigen rekening.

4.3 Meraki Online programma’s

Online programma’s zijn na betaling direct beschikbaar en kunnen niet geannuleerd of overgedragen worden. Door betaling en directe toegang tot het online programma stem je in met onmiddellijke levering en doe je afstand van het herroepingsrecht.

4.4 Workshops en Transformatiereizen

Annulering tot 60 dagen vooraf: kosteloos minus € 22 administratiekosten
Annulering tussen 60-40 dagen vooraf: 50% van de kosten verschuldigd
Annulering minder dan 40 dagen vooraf: geen restitutie
Vervanging door een andere deelnemer is mogelijk tot 14 dagen vooraf

Meraki Coaching & More behoudt zich het recht voor programma’s of sessies te verplaatsen of te annuleren in geval van overmacht. Indien dit gebeurt, wordt een alternatief aangeboden.

5. Huisregels & Respect

Tijdens alle fysieke programma’s verwachten we:

Geen gebruik van drugs of overmatig alcohol
Respect voor elke deelnemer en begeleider
Zorg voor locatie en omgeving
Volg de aanwijzingen van begeleiders op

Bij niet-naleving kan deelname worden beëindigd zonder recht op restitutie.

6. Aansprakelijkheid & Gezondheid

6.1 Deelname is op eigen risico. Meraki Coaching & More is niet aansprakelijk voor lichamelijk en/of geestelijk letsel, verlies of schade die voortvloeit uit deelname aan sessies, workshops, online programma’s of reizen, tenzij aansprakelijkheid op grond van dwingend recht niet kan worden uitgesloten.

6.2 Meraki Coaching & More is niet aansprakelijk voor schade als gevolg van keuzes of handelingen naar aanleiding van de sessies, workshops, online programma’s of reizen. Jij blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor jouw proces en beslissingen.

6.3 De deelnemer is zelf verantwoordelijk voor het inschatten van fysieke en emotionele belastbaarheid en wordt geadviseerd bij twijfel altijd contact op te nemen met een arts of specialist.

6.4 De programma’s en sessies zijn ondersteunend aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling en welzijn, maar niet bedoeld als vervanging van medische of psychologische behandelingen.

6.5 Meraki Coaching & More maakt onder andere gebruik van alternatieve benaderingen zoals regressietherapie, systemisch werk (opstellingen) en energiewerk. Deze methoden zijn aanvullend en bedoeld om bewustwording, heling en transformatie te ondersteunen.

7. Klachtenregeling

Heb je een klacht? Meld deze binnen 14 dagen. We zoeken graag samen naar een passende oplossing.

8. Toepasselijk recht

Op alle overeenkomsten is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden eerst via mediation behandeld. Lukt dit niet, dan is de bevoegde rechtbank in het arrondissement waar Meraki Coaching & More is gevestigd het aangewezen orgaan.

9. Uitzonderingen op het Herroepingsrecht

Voor consumenten geldt dat op grond van artikel 6:230p van het Burgerlijk Wetboek het herroepingsrecht is uitgesloten voor:

Diensten in het kader van vrijetijdsbesteding, zoals Workshops of Reizen van Meraki Coaching & More, indien deze plaatsvinden op een vooraf bepaalde datum of gedurende een vastgestelde periode.
Digitale inhoud, zoals Online programma’s, indien de levering direct na aankoop plaatsvindt én je bij aanschaf expliciet hebt ingestemd met directe levering en hebt verklaard af te zien van het herroepingsrecht.

Dit betekent dat voor deze diensten geen bedenktijd van 14 dagen geldt en geen restitutie wordt verleend na aankoop of inschrijving.

General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, products and programmes of Meraki Coaching & More. They are intended to ensure clarity, safety and trust in every collaboration.

1. Applicability

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all verbal and written agreements relating to services, products and programmes offered under Meraki Coaching & More.

1.2 By participating in or purchasing any service or product, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.3 Meraki Coaching & More reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version published on the website shall always be applicable.

2. Execution & Confidentiality

2.1 Meraki Coaching & More provides customised services and commits to working with dedication and professionalism to achieve the best possible outcome. No guarantees are given with regard to specific results.

2.2 All information shared during sessions or programmes is treated confidentially, unless there is a situation involving imminent danger to yourself or others.

2.3 Personal data is used solely for administrative and informational purposes.

3. Payment & Fees

The following fees apply as of January 2026.

For entrepreneurs and employers, prices are business rates and exclusive of VAT. Many clients are able to deduct invoices within their business or submit them to their employer.

If you do not have a business or employer who reimburses these costs, an inclusive VAT rate applies, so the amount does not become unnecessarily higher for private individuals.

For business customers located outside the Netherlands, VAT will be applied in accordance with the VAT regulations applicable in the customer’s country. Where applicable, the VAT reverse-charge mechanism will be applied, and VAT will be shifted to the customer.

Meraki Coaching & More reserves the right to change its fees at any time. For agreements already concluded, the fee agreed upon at the time of booking shall remain applicable.

3.1 Meraki Coaching

Introductory session (1.5 hours): €122
Individual follow-up session (45 minutes): €88
Individual follow-up session (1.5 hours): €144
Individual follow-up session (2 hours): €188
Duo session (1.5 hours): €188
Deep Dives: price on request

Payment for individual sessions: in advance online or in cash during the session.
Payment for Deep Dives: in advance online.

3.2 Meraki Workshops

Prices are determined based on content and duration.

3.3 Meraki Reflection Tools (Card Decks & Books)

Physical products must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

3.4 Meraki Online Programmes

Full payment is required upon registration.
Some online programmes are offered on a donation basis; you pay what feels appropriate for you.

3.5 Meraki Transformational Journeys

Upon registration: 50% deposit of the total amount
Remaining balance due no later than 40 days before departure
Registrations within 40 days require full payment immediately
In the event of non-payment, participation may be cancelled

If a journey cannot take place for any reason, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Personal pricing arrangements may be made in exceptional cases, such as limited budgets or combined bookings. Please contact us via the chat with your name and email address.

4. Cancellation & Participation

4.1 Coaching

Sessions: free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance
Deep Dives: free rescheduling up to 48 hours in advance
Late cancellation or no-show: full fee will be charged

4.2 Meraki Reflection Tools (Card Decks & Books)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
After receipt of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and the seal is unbroken.Products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4.3 Meraki Online Programmes

Online programmes are made available shortly after payment and cannot be cancelled or transferred.
By completing payment and receiving direct access to the online programme, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

4.4 Workshops and Transformational Journeys

Cancellation up to 60 days prior: free of charge minus €22 administration fee
Cancellation between 60–40 days prior: 50% of the total amount due
Cancellation less than 40 days prior: no refund
Replacement by another participant is possible up to 14 days prior

Meraki Coaching & More reserves the right to reschedule or cancel programmes or sessions in the event of force majeure. In such cases, an alternative will be offered.

5. House Rules & Respect

During all in-person programmes, we expect:

No use of drugs or excessive alcohol
Respect for all participants and facilitators
Care for the location and environment
Compliance with instructions given by facilitators

Failure to comply may result in termination of participation without refund.

6. Liability & Health

6.1 Participation is at your own risk. Meraki Coaching & More is not liable for physical or mental injury, loss or damage resulting from participation in sessions, workshops, online programmes or journeys, unless liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

6.2 Meraki Coaching & More is not liable for damage resulting from decisions or actions taken following participation. You remain fully responsible for your own process and choices.

6.3 Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical and emotional capacity and are advised to consult a physician or specialist in case of doubt.

6.4 Programmes and sessions support personal development and wellbeing and are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

6.5 Meraki Coaching & More may use alternative approaches such as regression therapy, systemic work (constellations) and energy work. These methods are complementary and intended to support awareness, healing and transformation.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please report it within 14 days. We will gladly seek a suitable solution together.

8. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If mediation does not resolve the matter, the competent court in the district where Meraki Coaching & More is established shall have jurisdiction.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For consumers, pursuant to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Services related to leisure activities, such as Workshops or Journeys, which take place on a specific date or during a specific period.
Digital content, such as Online Programmes, where delivery takes place immediately after purchase and where the customer has explicitly agreed to immediate delivery and waived the right of withdrawal.

This means that no 14-day cooling-off period applies and no refund will be issued after purchase or registration for these services.
